Editorial enquiries

Our general contact form records your name, email, message, enquiry category, permission version and submission time. We use these to respond to the stated request. Editorial, correction and privacy enquiries remain in our private editor inbox and are not sent to StakeBrick.

Requesting contact from StakeBrick

The form beneath our sponsored StakeBrick article asks for your name, email and phone number. By selecting its permission checkbox and submitting, you request contact from StakeBrick and allow REAL Estate News to share those details, the article context and the permission record with StakeBrick through its secure partner API. The permission record includes the time, notice URL and the version of the wording you accepted.

StakeBrick stores accepted requests in its private CRM and queues an internal staff notification, which may be delivered through Telegram. StakeBrick controls its copy and any follow-up; consult StakeBrick’s privacy policy and contact StakeBrick about its retention or deletion. Its processing may involve services outside Canada. Requesting contact does not create an investment account, buy an investment or authorize unrelated marketing.

Retention and delivery

REAL Estate News keeps enquiry details, permission records and partner delivery records privately for up to 90 days. Pending deliveries may be retried with the same request identifier. We record whether StakeBrick acknowledged receipt; this does not confirm that an internal notification arrived. Expired records are removed during the hourly maintenance run. Private local database backups expire after seven days, so a deleted record can remain in a backup until then. StakeBrick’s retention is separate.

The briefing

Newsletter signups are currently closed. Contact forms do not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Hosting and external services

The publication runs on a Namecheap virtual server. Web-server logs can include IP addresses, request paths, browser information and access times; they are retained for up to 14 days. Form details are submitted in the request body and are not put in page URLs or analytics. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Source, sponsor and photo-credit links lead to sites with their own privacy practices. We have not added a Meta Pixel, advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Private access

The editorial desk requires an editor login over HTTPS. Drafts, source evidence and reader records do not appear in public feeds. Do not send bank details, identity documents or payment-card information through our forms.

Your choices

You can read the article without filling in the form. To withdraw a contact request or ask about your information, contact REAL Estate News. If the request has already reached StakeBrick, you should also ask StakeBrick to stop contact or delete its copy. We do not sell enquiry details or infer permission for unrelated promotions.
